The last couple weeks we have been hammering Large Mouth out of almost everyplace we fish. From drainage canals to local neighborhood ponds. Bass of all sizes have been being caught. Get out and fish now for freshwater bass. You can see this lunker in not to bad. Picked up this guy with a BABY MINUS 1. Probably one of the best lures I have come across!! Get out, get some pictures and register so you can post them!!

I took my brother Darien out to a local pond that is walking distance from my home. Darien is new to the fishing world. Finding that it is difficult to catch a fish with fake bait. My brother used a plastic worm and picked up a decent bass. That is his first bass he ever reeled in by himself. I believe here in Brevard County, Florida it is important for children to pick up a safe hobby. What could be better than training to be a professional angler!

Nick and I headed out to one of our favorite places to fish. The Rain has come!!! The water was running in to the pond from many areas. The large bass were out on the hunt! Using Baby Minus Ones we slayed the water. Most the bass seam to be around the edges. Great opportunity for some good fights. Biggest fish picked up on this day about 4 1/2 to 5 pounds. Running these lures fast or slow seamed to make no difference on this day.

Nick picked this lunker up in Palm Bay. Not sure location. I wouldn’t tell you anyway. Some of the best Bass fishing I have seen has been in Palm Bay, Florida right here in Brevard County. These little canals that look like street run off turn out to be a dream for the angler.
